Will Smith Hates Teachers

Will Smith explains why he doesn’t like the education system and why he home schools his children:

“I know how to learn anything I want to learn. I absolutely know that I could learn how to fly the space shuttle because someone else knows how to fly it, and they put it in a book. Give me the book, and I do not need somebody to stand up in front of the class.”

You know, he’s right: home schooling is where it’s at. And a few years from now when his children are socially awkward adolescents with no friends he can just give them a book and tell them to fix it. Problem solved. Yay, Fresh Prince! Yay!
