Hey Pot, It’s Kettle–You’re a Pedophile!
The Catholic League For Religious And Civil Rights, a watchdog group, is calling for a ban of the new film Hounddog, which features 12-year-old actress Dakota Fanning in a rape scene. Said spokesman Bill Donohue:
“How can we celebrate pedophilia in this so-called artistic way? Five or six years ago this girl was on a tricycle. There has to be some line of decency which Hollywood will not cross.”
Donohue went on to explain that “pedophilia” is a registered trademark of the Catholic Church, and any unauthorized use of the technique will result in lawsuits to protect the Church’s intellectual property.
The film’s producers defended the scene, however, pointing out that Fanning’s mother attended the filming and felt the scene was “tasteful, artistic, and totally smokin’ hot.”

“Five or six years ago this girl was on a tricycle. ”
If by “tricycle” they mean “rock hard cock,” then I can assure you it has been much more recently than 5 or 6 years.
If by “tricycle” they mean “well-adjusted course of emotional development” or “career upswing” then they are pretty much on the money.

It bothers me when people who call themselves ‘moral’ or ‘watchdogs’ want to keep these sorts of stories from being filmed or published because it’s a denial of the reality of these events being experienced by real people in the real world. If people can’t make movies about such horrifying experiences as rape, then when someone really IS raped, it will be even harder to talk about. These sorts of people do a disservice to the entire world.
