Supreme Court Rejects Bush’s Attempt to be a Lying Pussy

The Supreme Court has rejected the Bush Administration’s latest evil scheme.

Under the Bush administration, the Environmental Protection Agency or EPA has argued that carbon dioxide and the like aren’t pollutants under the Clean Air Act, and therefore, the agency has no power to regulate them.

Speaking for the Court, Justice Stevens held:

“Seriously, Bush, are you fucking kidding me? What kind of candy-assed bullshit are you selling? The EPA doesn’t have the authority? You mean, you –George ’send him to Gitmo now and think of charges later’ Bush– believe in limits to executive power?

Wait a second, aren’t you the same douchebag whose Attorney General tried to use Federal Narcotic trafficking laws to arrest doctors who partook in physician-assited suicides?

I swear. I might be an old man, but so help me, Bush, if you try shit like this in my Courtroom again, I’ll slap you like the little bitch you’re pretending to be.”
