Junkiness - For Addicts of News, Gossip and Heroin

If you thought mainstream Hollywood was going to treat Mel Gibson like a pariah after his acid-tongued tirade against sugar-titted Americans, think again! Two of tinsel town’s best and brightest have abandoned the sets of the high-profile blockbuster movies we can only assume they were working on to rush to Mel’s side.

First up, Academy Award-viewer Patrick Swayze:

“Mel is a wonderful human being. He is not anti-Semitic. People say stupid things when they happen to have a few (drinks), and especially if you don’t drink any more, or have limited your drinking for a long time and all of a sudden you decide to have one too many with the boys – you are stupid.”

But that’s just the tip of the iceberg of star-power rallying behind Gibson. Ladies and gentlemen, the one, the only David-motherfucking-Soul!!1!1!!:

“I don’t think he’s anti-Semitic. He was drunk and he said something in the heat of the moment. I’m far more interested in what’s going on in the Middle East.”

If Mel can somehow, someway convince Stephen Baldwin and Jan-Michael Vincent to put in a good word, we have a feeling this whole fiasco will be behind him faster than you can say “Auschwitz.”
