I Hear Michael J. Fox Requests 21 Gigiwatts
Translucent actress Nicole Kidman requested special lightbulbs in her $3k+-per-night hotel room while traveling with new husband Keith Urban.
Kidman and her husband Keith Urban are staying in a $3,060 per night suite in the Dorchester Hotel, but the actress wanted softer lighting. On their arrival, she immediately requested that all the 60-watt light bulbs be changed to less bright 40-watt light bulbs.
While Kidman doesn’t like to be reminded of what Urban looks like on the outside, her husband also complains that with the harsh lighting of a 60-watt lightbulb he can literally see right through her. Shine a flashlight on her belly button and you can see what she ate for dinner (four Spaghetti-O’s and a thimble-full of grape drink).
Seriously, though, this is nothing compared to the demands of other celebrities. For three grand a night, I’d want you to replace my lighbulbs… with hookers. Fancy hookers in platform heels and tube tops and feathered hair and faux rabbit coats. Oh yeah, I also want you to transport me back to 1978. I think three grand oughtta cover that.
